Suggestions on gunsmithing

I have a win model 70 coyote cambered in 270wsm I'd like to have it trued and rebarreled to 6.5prc any suggestions on a good smith. I'm in east tn but dont mind shipping if necessary

You will get lots of suggestions, and there are several active members on this site that are good.
Personally, I have had 2 rifles built by Alamo Precision Rifles in the Dallas area. Both are excellent shooting rifles. Both are built on M700 actions with Krieger barrels: one is a 7 rem mag and one is a 223. My experience with Alamo has been very good and when my 7 mag barrel is shot out, I plan to use them again.
