subsonic hunting loads for 308win?

Yes it is a 308. I do think maker makes a 110 subsonic that will stabilize in a 1 in 10. I have shot some outlaws 220 grains in a 1 in 10 twist. I can't say your will but mine did.

I really like the outlaw bullet and have taken many deer with them. I have not take as many with the maker. Both worked great. I also like the 290 338 bullets outlaw makes. They work great too.

Here are some pictures of the bullets doing work. This is a maker. The picture is behind the bullet. You can see the three petals.

here you go .
info from Speer # 13 page # 278 - 285
308 win;
110 grain jacket
IMR4198 min 26.0 1927 fps - max 30.0 2268

125 grain / 130 grain
IMR 4198 min 25.0 1969 FPS - max 29.0 2185 FPS
*( I used a 125 nosler ballistic tip with 27.0 grain IMR 4198 CCI 200 primer , this load worked flawless )*

180 grain
IMR 4198 min 24.0 1591 FPS - max 28.0 1854 FPS

200grain
IMR4198 min 24.0 1514 FPS - max 28.0 ( compressed ) 1757

****************these loads use IMR SR4759 . ********************

150 grain
SR4759 min 21.0 1632 FPS - max 25.0 1925 FPS

165 grain
SR4759 22.0 min 1639FPS - 24.0 max 1805 FPS

I had worked reducing a load in a 30.06 for a young boy using IMR SR4759. I had trouble finding IMR SR4759 , I did find some . I had problems with hang fires . I believe it was due to the large case capacity of the 30.06 , the powder could get to far away from the primer . if I tipped the rifle bbl up then lowered to the target it would fire normally . I tried using a case filler , dacron , to hold the powder back against the primer but the powder mixed in with the filler giving me the same hang fire problem . I don't think it was a powder problem , I think it was just a bad combination . just keep this hang fire on your mind when using reduced loads . it can cause a very high pressure spike , just like to much powder .

i've been running the 194gr max ex from lehigh....its taken 4 or 5 deer now....it does work but ive been lucky too...most had no idea then laid down within 30 yrds...i haven't recovered any because the always penetrate through.... however if the game runs...there is not much blood trail and exit wounds ant not as big as id like....the lehigh is over expanding in the chest cavity. then the pedals lay far back creating a smaller exit wound....i think the rex with 3 pedal design may stay more opened up or expanded for better exit wound and better blood trail

338 bullet 290 grains outlaw 220 yards shot. This was a sub out of a 338 lapua. Last picture is where the bullet end up just under the hide.
