Stripping a Bell and Carlson

What can I strip a BC stock with and not hurt the resin in the fiberglass?

Drop a note to J E Customs. he did some work to my B&C an mentioned that the coating flaked off. A refinishing pad / disc might be the easy way, as opposed to a chemical stripper.

I emailed Bell and Carlson and they said to not use any kind of stripper but rather sand it down to the gel coat then refinish.
