Stoney Point products and guages?

Maybe I've just been out of touch for a while (at least one hunting trip worked into that time as a good excuse!).... but looking at Sinclair's online catalogue it seems as though they now market the SP comparators under their name and the AOL guage is a Hornady product.

Are those the same things as the SP? Wanted to buy some inserts and an AOL guage and was wondering whether I'll get what I intend to!?

Called stoney Point awhile back and was given Hornadys #. I beleive the products are the same. I was after a tap to modify cases for the SP OAL gage. At their site ST would sell the tap, Hornady will not. Anyways got one through my local hardware store. 5/16-36 BTW.

Same tool. Hornady bought the rights from Stoney Point (I guess). You can find it (gauge) and cartridge inserts on Hornady's website. This might get you there. JohnnyK.

Thanks for the replies. I figured that was probably it, but didn't want to find out when the package finally arrived in South Africa that I'd assumed wrong!
