Stock fore end shape question.

I have a stock with a 3in wide fore end. The bottom is very flat and the edges are sharp.
Will it cause accuracy degredation if I round the edges a little? I doubt it but I don't know for sure.

not unless it's rolling around when you squeeze the trigger. Leave enough on the flat bottom to keep it stable in the rest and you should be fine. The more radius the narrower it gets though.
