Stock for Win 70 wsm

Looking for a stock for a Winchester model 70 Short action WSM that can accept a heavy sporter .

I have one of these on an FN PBR (S/A CRF Winchester) in 300 WSM with a medium weight factory barrel. Basically a #5 profile barrel. Can't find a better deal on a Winny stock.

How did the fit work out ?

I have a McMillan classic in lightweight edge fill inleted for a win 70 wsm action. It's used but in great shape. Barrel channel currently is just a tad bigger than a magnum contour but could be opened up to much bigger. PM me if you're interested and I'll take some pics of it.

I have a H&S Precision M24 for SA for varmint or light varmint contour. I was told that it would work for wsm also. Has some minor scuffing under the forearm.

I have a Hogue stock with hinged factory bottom metal that came off a FN TSR XP. Should be pretty close to what you are after contour-wise. If the rubber style works for you.

if so, what is the mag well opening measurements, i have a extra one sitting around that im looking to move if it will work for you.
