Stock Bedding advise?

I have a M700 Rem 7mm Ultra Mag with the laminated stock that I am getting to bed. It came with a synthetic and I traded for the laminate. It is the Rem LSS stock and doesnt fit as tight as I think it should. Should I pillar bed it or would just glass bedding be ok?

I would give some serious thought to pillars and bedding the action with Mari-Tex.
