Stevens / Savage Barrel Threads ?

I have a spare barrel for a 110 Savage. Someone online has a Stevens 200, in a caliber that I don't want, and says that the Savage threads are the same as the Stevens.

Does anyone know if this is true?

its my understanding that the stevens are teh same action as teh pre accutrigger savage, so it should fit.

Yes Stevens and Savage use the same threads. However, there are 2 different sizes.

Some mags and short mags use a larger shanked barrel. On these you will see a step in the barrel right in front of the nut. It is very probable that both guns will have small shank actions as the larger size is a newer development.
