standard LR primer for 7wsm?

First off, I've been using the winchester large rifle magnum primer for my 7wsm all along. However, I was considering a winchester large rifle primer (non-magnum).

My load is 168gr VLD with 67.5gr Retumbo.

Thoughts?

I'm curious....Are you not happy with the Winchester Magnum Primer? I would like to know why you want to change......

My first 7WSM should be delivered in the next week or so, but I have been doing lots of research. I came to the conclusion that I will start out with Federal 210M's......NOT the 215's (Magnum). I know alot of guys use the 215's, but I have seen a number of times where the 210's have a lower Extreme Spread.

That's what I'm thinking too. Lower ES.

I think they will work fine unless you live where it gets extremely cold.
