Spotting scope help?

Need help builing a friend a spoting scope. What spotting scope will thread up to Vortex Razor HD 30x WA Ranging Eye peice. Basicly looking for some thing under 700 dollars, i already have eye piece for him. I know Kowa 880 will work but thats out of his price range. List of interchangeable eyepieces?

Found out you can get a 20x60x82 Zen Ray ED2 and put a Vortex Razor Hd 30x Ranging eyepiece on it . The Zen Ray ED2 and the Vortex Razor HD are almost identical. Cameraland has a Zen Ray Ed2 for 799.lightbulb Ive already got the eyepiece so all i need is a spotting scope body!
