will the stock and bottom metal fit a Winchester model 70 Feather weight .308 ?

The barrel profile was a medium weight, so as long as your barrel is that size or smaller, no issues with the stock. As far as the dbm, I am definitely not a gunsmith, but don't see any reason why it wouldn't....
