I am selling my 338 Edge (aka .338-300ultra). The rifle was built by Jim See with Center Shot Rifles (Pittsville, WI) and is an absolute tack driver.

The rifle has about 250 rds down the tube and will shoot consistantly shoot 1/2 moa or better with the occasional groups in the 1/4 moa range with my handloads. Typical 100 yard groups are three rounds touching and my best long range group measured just under 2" center to center at 610 yards (yes I had a witness, and no he wasn't drinking). Rifle was properly broke in per Jim's instructions and barrel has never been heated up or shot more than about 20 rds without cleaning with Bortec. Rifle has been down a couple canyons and has a few very minor marks in the finish and could easily be touched up.

I am asking $2200.00 shipped. The scope, rings, and bipod are not for sale. The only reason I'm selling is to fund another build by Jim. Please feel free to email or PM any questions. First "I'll take it".

Thanks,

Doug

Re: WTS - Centershot 338 Edge

That is a beautiful rifle. Jim See built a rifle for me this year, and it too is a tack driver. The man is a magician. Good luck on your sale.

Re: WTS - Centershot 338 Edge

Round count is 250 as stated above. No dies or brass.

Re: WTS - Centershot 338 Edge

I pulled the scope and rings today. Rifle weighs 10.8lbs.

I need to move this thing and free up some cash for another build soon!

I'm in it $2500 and will sell for $1900 shipped.

Thanks,

Doug
