Well, had a good day at the range today, figures its been a while since I posted some pics of rifles so here are some from this current batch.

APS Xtreme Sporter
338 Allen Xpress
Stiller Predator X single shot
Stiller 20 moa rail base
31" Lilja Heavy Straight taper 1-10 twist, fluted
Holland muzzle brake
bead Blast matte finish on barrel/brake
Manner tactical stock
Pillar bedded
ADL trigger guard

This rifle really likes the 300 gr Berger Hybrid at 2990 fps. This is my accuracy load so very mild in pressure.

APS Xtreme Sporter
7mm Allen Magnum
BAT Model HRPIC receiver with 20 moa rail base
Jewell trigger with top safety
Lilja #6 contour, 1-9 twist, 4 groove, fluted, 28" finish
APS Medium Painkiller muzzle brake
H-S Precision DM system
McMillan A1-3 stock
Cerakote finished in Sniper Grey

Tested this rifle with the 160 gr Accubond as the customer wanted an all around bullet. In 15-20 mph variable winds it easily held 3/4 moa at 1000 yards. Course it is driving this bullet well over 3500 fps!!! Recoil is about like a 25-06, very comfortable.

APS Xtreme Sporter
300 RUM
Borden Timberline Magnum single shot receiver
Seekins 20 moa rail base
Jewell trigger with top safety
Holland Comp recoil lug
Lilja #6 contour, SS, 1-10 twist, fluted, 28" finish length
Slim Painkiller muzzle brake
Bead Blast matte finish
McMillan A-5 tactical stock
NF NXS 5.5-22x 50mm with NP-R1 reticle
NF Ultralight 0.885" tall 30mm tactical rings

I used my standard all around load for the 300 RUM, that is 95.0 gr Retumbo under a 200 gr Accubond and a Fed-215 primer seated to 3.730" OAL. Average velocity is 3250 fps in this barrel length. Extremely easy to shoot, great power and the old 300 RUM just always seems to slam then on top of each other one right after the other. Very easy to shoot and again, recoil about like a 25-06.

Well, nuff for now!!! Onto the next batch!!

Ya, I have a pretty rough job. Lately the problem has been getting the weather to allow me to get them to the range to accuracy test so I can get them out the door.

Tell me about it, sitting here with nearly half a meter of snow on the ground (which is a lot for here) and it is too cold to go and do any fibreglassing out in the shed, I make carbon fibre rifle stocks in my spare time.
Oh well, will have to keep trawling the net for inspiration.

Man I can't wait to pull the trigger on this myself.... At least I don't have to wait for Mr. Brown to deliver... I am picking it up on Friday!:D

Yep, I think you will be very happy!!!

Maybe the weather will even allow you to do some shooting this weekend, MAYBE!!! Lately its seemed more like Tornado Alley around here then north central Montana, CRAZY!!!

See you Friday Morning!
