Anyone ever use Solid Broadheads? I know that they are expensive ($75 for 3) but they say that they come razor sharp and are super durable. The maker shot them through 16 ga. Steel in front of a 3/4" piece of plywood. He had to shoot it 4 times before it showed the slightest bit of damage on the tip. It looked to have great penetration.

Just wondering if anyone has tried them and how we're the results on game.

I've heard of them but never used myself. I have only heard good things about them but for the cost I'm not sure its worth it unless you practice with broadheads all the time. I bet they will more than do the job on game especially if you ever get into the shoulder area of big game. I've found mechanicals don't like going through shoulder blades haha. I would like to hear from someone who has used these also I'm curious too.
