The action is stainless steel, it is black though. Comes with the bolt, recoil lug, base with the screws.

I ordered this action and in the process, my smith got me another action to start my build.

Yes, still availble.
I do not have a picture rite now. Hopefully I will Friday it is at the smith's. It is brand new. Tac 30 actions are black I think it is melonite?
