What thread pitch and size is it at the muzzle, right or left thread? I'd be interested if I know my other device will fit.

5/8x24 Right hand, clockwise, thread on. Also comes with a thread protector.

what kind of groups were you getting with it?

Didn't shoot this barrel a lot but 46-46.5 of Reloader 22 and 140gr Berger Hunting VLD's put five shot groups less than 1" at 100 consistently. 123g Amax with Hodgdon Hybrid 100 shot real well also. I put "less than 100 rounds fired" but when I got to counting I think it is probably less than 50. Selling this one to help pay for a heavy barrel Axis I want to get.
