how many rounds on the 270wsm and how does it shoot? How is the recoil i am considering the gun for my buddies 12 yr old son.

40-50 rounds thru the rifle, shoots moa depending on shooter. Recoil is not severe, at least for me. Don't know what the 12 year old has shot, but its not all that bad, and I guess it depends on what the boy has shot.
