Simple Action Question

I Used to have a 375 RUM in a 700 XCR and I was positive the action of that was longer than the long actions remingtons suck as a 300 Win. However I saw on gun broker someone rebarreled a 338 win and made it a 338 ultra. I know its possible but my question is. are the ultra mag actions longer than long actions?
