Sierra Tipped Gameking (TGK) GameChanger Bullets

I've got a good load with the 140 grain 6.5 Sierra TGK out of my 6.5 Creedmoor. I've heard that Sierra created a thick copper jacket with this bullet and it's got a pocket behind polymer tip for expansion. I've also heard mixed reviews from field tests.

Anyone got experience with the Sierra TGK?

I use the 90 gr. TGK in my .243. I love them. Then again I use them on groundhogs here in Ohio. They tear them up. I am also pushing them at 3069 fps out of a 26" barrel. Plus, they are deadly accurate.

They are not

I run the 130's in my short creed. Have had good luck on deer, pigs, and yotes.

Just started some fireforming/ pig shooting with the 277 cal 175 grain gamechangers and very impressed so far. I'll stretch them out to 700 yards later in the summer and do some expansion tests on this bullet.

130 gr gamechangers at 264 win mag velocities suck. They vaporize into dust and get p-poor penetration. Maybe at needmore velocities they might be ok. Accurate, yes. Other than that nope. I shot 3 out of my 264 into milkjugs. Gave the other 97 away, and would've thrown em' away had a friend of mine not wanted them for his grendel.

Used the 6mm Creedmoor 90gr factory load by HSM for the past two deer seasons. Killed around 15 with it from 40 yards to 460 yards. All pass throughs except the 40 yard shot which was facing me. The recovered bullet retained 65% of its weight. I love em-

Like many other soft bullets, the Gamechangers will also fragment on impact at close range when pushed at magnum speeds.
