Never had to deal with their C.S. but purchased my first set of Redding dies last year for my .308 Norma. They are super high quality to say the least! I love how they offer so many calibers and 3 die sets for everything including the less common cartridges. Will definitely be getting more of these if I ever decide to build some Ackley Improved rifles and for my next new caliber! Thanks Redding!
