Hello,

Please go to Brass Stacker Mosin Nagant 9130 Front Sight Adapter MN-FSAR . Brass Stacker makes adapter mounts. They clamp on, but I suppose you could also hit it with braze or weld if you properly heat sink the barrel in wet sand before doing so! Make sure you use your levels, too, before committing with the welder.

You may also order sights from Smith-Sights: Adjustable, high-impact sighting systems for your Mosin-Nagant! . Chances are that, with a shorter sighting radius, you may need a new sight post. (Should anyone notice, yes, that's my website and I make the sights. I have plenty of business and have no reason to self-promote. Just trying to help out. May advertise here one day depending on the number of Mosin posts I see, but until then, this type of thing will be rare.)

I hope this helps, Hollywood.

Regards,

Josh
