Was out doggin last weekend and forgot the camera but this shooting mat/backpack sure came in handy. With all the rain we had to pack into the dogtowns.
Sportsmans Guide has them back in stock so I Had picked up three more....Tyson and Katie each got one.

Some old pics of it in use....Used mine for over 20 years and still as good as new. Well worth the $30 .

I have used one as well, they seem to last forever. The bad thing is that they are fairly heavy for longer excursions.
 
Really nice shooting mats not as much for packing. I usually put 2 bipoded rifles, 200 round for each gun and a half gallon of water. The cactus out here make it worth packing!!!
I bet I have bought a dozen of these over the years when I could find them. Still use the original one myself and given the others to doggin partners.
