I cannot fully describe how much more helpful and engaging Nick @ Straight Jacket is compared to the folks at PVA.

Don't waste time with PVA as they likely won't make any of their promised dates and then will place blame on someone else instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes/shortcomings. Not sure what their post-sale support would be when pre-sale is so bad.

Nick, on the other hand, is very responsive and interested in taking care of the customer. I highly recommend him.
