Setting up GunBroker Account

Has anyone recently set up a Gunbroker account. I'm in the process of setting up an account and I'm required to provide a picture of me holding my driver's license and a copy of registration/bill. I've already provided my credit card. Has it always been like this?

Nope. My GB account started in 2002 though. This is most likely a result of the degradation in quality of human beings on GB.

I've had mine since 2017 and i had to take pictures of mine. Guess i shoulda said when i got mine

Probably been 10 years, but a photo of DL was part of deal then. If you are registering as a FFL holder, they required a photo of that also.

Thanks for the replies. I thought it was weird that they wanted a picture of me holding my driver's license plus a copy of a bill.
