Selling my semi-custom Remington Model 700 in 7mm Rem Mag. Factory barreled action, everything else has been customized. Here is a list of what's been done and price breakdown from receipts/notes/memory:

That's roughly $1700 in total costs, I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting. I used a Swaro Z5 (not included) and did load development myself. Rifle is a tack-driver. I use 180 gr Berger VLD, 72.3 gr Retumbo, Barnes brass, CCI 250M primer, .120" off the lands, and got a .721" 5-shot group at 142 yards (my range is 142 yards due to uneven ground and this gives a level sight-in). See attached pictures. Cow was taken at 369 yards, trotted 40 yards and fell over dead. Buck was taken at 272 yards trotting, fell over dead. Rifle has approximately 200 rounds through it. It has been my go-to rifle since I bought it. I'm looking to fund another project and make some room in my safe, so I've decided to sell it. Nothing wrong with the rifle, it's ready to hunt. I'll include all the fire formed brass I have for it and give you all my load notes so you can reload for it if you like. Any questions feel free to text me: 720-341-9137.
I'm asking $1500 or best offer for the rifle and brass. Rifle located in Longmont Colorado, but I'm willing to ship to FFL.
