Anyone have a guess as to when peak of the rut might happen in se Montana? Or generally happens?

It can vary depending on weather and elevation. Where I hunt, we got early snow and lots of it (6-7K). Normally, the peak of the rut is the week before Thanksgiving week. Having said that, earlier this week in Great Falls, a muley buck is starting the sniff test.
