Or maybe it's the people paying these prices that make them so bold. Been watching powder on Gunbroker to see what the scalpers are selling for. Just saw 3-1lb bottles of H1000 sell for $515 plus shipping!
cant believe what this guy is asking for an 8lber, plus $50 shipping, PLUS 3.5% PayPal/credit card fee.

The hoarders are out of control again. Ok rant now over lol.

only works if people are dumb enough to pay that

Yep if people would just stop giving in to their BS pricing, these scalpers would quit running out and buying everytime it becomes available to make a quick buck. And then we'd start seeing it on the shelves again, for more than 30 minutes. Same goes for ammo, primers, etc

Those prices are way too high. I purchased some powder and primers from a friend who is moving and reducing his handloading. I sold all pounds of powder at $35/lb which is what I thought was fair. Sold 10 lbs of H1000 for that price. I didn't hurt my friends and I made a bit of a profit as well.

I don't see what the problem or issue is. What I see(maybe I am missing something) is an auction. Some of the starting bids were low some where high. In any case you can either bid or not. It is not price gouging. It is capitalism. Simply supply and demand.
