I just bought my second one in 300 wsm to go with the 6.5cm. The creedmore is a absolute tack driver with 130-135 class bullets, 140s not so much. I'm hoping the 300wsm will do the same.

I took the last 5 shots of the break in today and couldn't be happier with this gun. I am not a very good shooter, just started really trying to become a better shot. First 2 clean cold bore with factory Hornady 143's and 3 with the first load for development 156 Berger 58 grn H1000. I made the mistake of looking through the spotter after the second shot of the 3 round group and could only see one hole, got excited and fell apart. For reference the grid is just over 2cm.

What loads did end up with for the 130s and 135s?

130 berger vld and 130 tgk with 42.7 h4350 running 1/2moa and 42g h4350 with 135 berger classic hunter .020 off is a consistent 3/8moa load.

Haven't started with it yet. Had the recoil lug area bedded yesterday

Well the first 5 shot group out of the Savage 300 wsm shows alottt of promise. Pictured is a 5shot at 100y. Disregard the 243 holes to the right.

I believe she's going to be nasty accurate after break in and load development is complete.

I have the 6.5 PRC and haven't made any adjustments other than adding a muzzle brake. It shoots sub MOA at 200 yards with factory Hornady ammo.

Which muzzle brake did you do? Does the barrel OD match the muzzle brake OD?
