Hi everyone, a couple of years ago I bought my Savage and choose .223Rem as the calibre. I tried to find out a little more about it via the Savage website and contact email. My enquiry was simple, the same rifle was no longer offered in .223, was there a problem with that calibre?. I love mine although I have noticed there can sometimes be a small problem chambering a new round unless my hand is under the mag on the stock. Anyone else have this rifle or this problem?. Any suggestions on how to correct it?. Cheers.
