SOLD/EXPIRED Savage 6.5 Redding Weather Warrior

For sale is a Savage Weather Warrior chambered in 6.5 Redding. It has a 26" 8 twist Broughton barrel. The action is glass bedded and the barrel is free floated. Round count is approximately 200 rounds. It shoots great as you can see by the pictures. It has a Sightron 4.5-14x42 mounted in Talley rings with a dial cut for 40 degrees and 4000 ft. elevation out to 825 yards. 35 rounds of 130 Berger loads with 25 empty cases and 17 .260 loaded cases also with 130 Bergers ready to be fire formed. All brass is Lapua. The 6.5 Redding load shoots the 130 Bergers 3070 fps and fire forming has similar accuracy but is only going 2800. Drop data sheet is included. I included a picture of 3 cartridges, the 6.5 Redding is in the middle, a 260 is on the right and a 6.5X47 Lapua is on the left for comparison. All gun work was done by Trevor at Cloud Peak Gunworks. It has been hunted with so expect minor rub and scratch marks. This rifle/scope is ready to roll! All the work is done. All you need to do is shoot it. Price is $2000 OBO. You can have barreled turned for savage actions just like any other. The nut just allows to interchange barrels a lot easier. I have several savages I had cut and turned just like a Remington action, etc..
