San Jose city council passed a yearly gun tax

Not sure how to enforce this but they passed it. Once again the law abiding citizens will suffer for the criminals they protect.

We in Eastern Washington have seen a large influx of CA residents. We ask that you speak with some of us locals before you vote. We will try to help you get that messed up thinking that you have lived in for years in line with our freedoms that we enjoy up here. I see a lot of comments about this situation down there. Guns laws that only punish law abiding people. Catering to the homeless. Allowing non US citizens to live there tax free. Recalling your Governor. You voted for these people, all of you need to reflect on yourselves. Its messed up because you have elected the wrong people. And now it's to late. Maybe if you elected the people who will give you what we have up here you would be more inclined to remain in California.

Yep, saw this. It will go to court I'm sure, but how do you fight a tax unless it is soooo onerous it clearly violates the 2nd Amendment? Seems like their new strategy, just like Obamacare was a tax until it wasn't......bad juju all around. Criminals don't pay no stinkin tax........just law abiding good tax paying citizens.....More tax, less liberty.
