Yes brake is removable but they do not come with a thread cap.
Will the thread cap for the TRG fit or any recommendations?

If you are close to a gunsmith they should be able to flange you up with a cap for minimal cost.
I can't say if the trg cap will fit or not but if the barrels are the same contour I can't see why it wouldn't. Should be the same threads.
