Is there a Market value for this vintage gem?
I'm the original owner. It was purchased shortly after it was announced.
I have the matching Sako loaded rounds and once fired brass, with Redding Competition dies custom made to resize to that chamber. Its single shot action with its heavy weight, target crowned, bbl, was designed around the cartridge, and purpose of the rifle, as was the target shaped stock and fore end design. It's in "Like New" condition, perfect bore and chamber, broken in correctly, less than 150 rounds. Gun Broker has no current or historical resale info on this. Thanks

I saw a couple sako ppc's that were unfired in the boxes sell at auction last year for $1600-$1800, if I remember correctly.

Idk exactly what market value would be but it sounds like a neat ole piece of history. I bet it's a joy to shoot.
