Just checked the the 2010 elk/antelope draws i put in for. I didnt get drawn woulda been my first time to hunting big game. Oh well, i still have mule deer to put in for. Just so sad, i really wanted an elk
Sorry about your luck. On the bright side tho at least you found out now............. Oregon's controlled hunt apps arent even due till May 15th and we dont find out till mid July! thats a horrible system for the planning aspect, but it does force you to have ''x'' amount of $ set aside already incase you draw so you can afford to go without starving for the 3-4 months you have after the results.
Maybe next year youll draw.
