Since I received more e-mails than I was expecting about this topic. I figured that it was best to post an answer where it started. Coming to a GENTLEMAN AGREEMENT

Sam (S1) was asked not to post anymore!

I take full responsibility for posting of the answer to this question. I asked him and he told me anyone that has his e-mail can ask him also. Other than that everyone can come to their own conculision

For the record:

I asked S1 to take a 7 day break from posting. I told him he is welcome to come back at any time after that if he follows the rules. If he decides not to return I am sorry that we will all have lost a great contributor.
