Ruger No. 1-V question

Just bought A No. 1-V. It's a 130 prefix rifle that has the blocks to mount a long scope but it isn't tapped for conventional bases. Does anyone make bases or a rail that will allow me to use the existing holes but set the rings close enough together for modern scopes. I would like to avoid tapping new holes if possible.
