ruger moa rings

I need to add 10-20 moa to my ruger rifles anybody have any idea how to do this

Burris makes a Ruger to Weaver type adapter and then you can use the Signature rings. Or you might get lucky and find a set of the discontinued Ruger style Signature rings somewhere.
