Ruger American Range 350 Legend feeding/bolt lift issues

I just brought my Ruger American Ranch in 350 Legend to the range yesterday for the first time. This rifle is a shooter! However, its basically a single shot. Rounds feed, but they seem to get stuck half way into the chamber and I have to wiggle the bolt handle to get the bolt to close correctly. Not ideal, but not a deal breaker if I make the first shot count. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix?

The bolt is also tough to open after a shot. Any advice on that would be great too.

Is the magazine fully inserted? On my 450BM the magazine can be "close" but not all the way, causing a similar issue.

I mean, I slammed my hand underneath it to seat it. Not sure how else I can properly seat it.

It's going to be difficult to diagnose it without seeing exactly what is happening.
