What is the length? Is it a 1.45" straight blank or a straight taper? If tapered what is muzzle OD?

It's 32 1/4" long straight unfinished 1.450 taper with 8 flutes and 8R rifling.

Yeah I just did a real quick Google search and that's where I ended up. 400gr VLDs...or ELDs. Were you planning to use a RUM case or something bigger? Can a RUM or RUM improved push a 400gr solid to 2900fps in 31" (or so)?
