Don't know what their shipping and hazmat shipping is like. I have never bought from them. In the past, I noticed some powder was pricey, but
the RL-23 looks decent pricing today. Their primers are a bit pricey, but between normal "current retail" and Gunbroker pricing. But, if ya needem, here's
another option.
They have a few other powders, but the RL-23 at a reasonable price caught my eye.
