Shot this boar that was banging away on one of my deer feeders, emptying it over the course of a couple of nights. He needed to go. I shot him from the second story porch of the ranch house in the background with a Cooper rifle in 280.
 
Nice one. Glad to see him resting peacefully.

I can relate about the feeder issue. Very annoying for feeders w/o a pen around them.

We feed year round and generally we've been pretty lucky with the bumping feeder thing over the years, but every now and then we encounter a hog, almost always a big boar, who just can't help himself. We hang a trail camera to determine the guilty party and specifically hunt it until it's gone. Here's a nice boar I took yesterday morning in our hay pasture.
