Replacement sight recommendation for Rem V3

I bought a Rem V3 a little over a year ago. The sights are small screwed-in beads, and there's one near the tip, and one back several inches.
The one closest to the trigger apparently just unscrewed itself, and fell out.

I do mostly dove/quail, with turkey planned in the future.

I've seen several hi-vis low profile replacement sights, but would love some input from anyone having done this before.
