Looked at the Savage site. Good looking gun. A little bit higher $$ and weight. May just stick with the Low Profile. Trying to keep the cost to a minimum and still have good performance.

Nope, I have the DBM, but it is a single shot now because the 300WSM won't feed in the 308 magazine.
If you want the single, go for it. If it is a LR rifle than I wouldn't worry about having a repeater unless your prairie dogging. Tank
