Remington Mountain SS or CA Mesa

My son is looking to buy another 308 since his fiance has absconded with his other rifle and claims it as hers. So he is looking at the Remington Mountain SS or the Christensen Arms Mesa and was looking for some real world opinions about the 2 rifles. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

I would take the Mesa hands down. No comparison in my opinion. The Mesa may be just a tad heavier but it will have a better trigger, nicer action, and a brake.
