I am selling one (1) Remington Arms Company Model 514 Single Shot Boys Rifle in cal. 22 Short, Long, & Long Rifle.
Bolt-action is a single-shot .22 rimfire rifle manufactured from 1948 to 1971. Total of 770,932 were made, with standard barrels and sights.
The original blue finish is 95% and the bore is excellent, bright, shiny and sharp. The stock retains 98% of the varnish finish with minor scattered handling marks.
The hard rubber Remington branded butt plate is broken but the original Remington Screws (2) are remaining. Original and Reproduction Butt Plates can be found for sale on Ebay and other Gun Parts Companies.
Overall, this is a very nice example of a Remington Boy's rifle.
All Remington Firearms are starting to climb in Value and so will this one.
