Remington 700 stock and barrel options

I just acquired an older Remington 700 7mm mag with a wood stock. The action is in decent condition, however, I would like to upgrade the barrel and stock. I want to stay with the same weight (sporter) barrel and get a tan or green synthetic stock. I am very cost conscious. What is best options for a good stock and barrel at a decent price? Thanks in advance.
