Put the original trigger back in and start over.
Test fire with factory loads.
Inspect the chamber and fired factory brass.
If everything is back to normal, revisit the new trigger as cause of the binding.
PS - Don't forget to specifically clean the chamber periodically. Just running a patch through the barrel doesn't get the job done.

7mm STW, I seriously doubt he's gonna' find any factory ammo. He was lucky to find any new brass.

Is the replacement trigger shoe contacting the trigger guard? Or is it interfering with the stock? Sounds like it is not cocking when lifting the bolt and the trigger is being pulled at all times because of interfetennce.

Sorry guys I've moved the 7mm STW to the back of the gun case. I've got 3 Tikkas….30 06, 308 and 6.5 CM that all shoot sub 1" and classic deer killing calibers.
That's one way to eliminate the issue!

I might try again and load it down to 2900-3000 FPS 74-75 grains H1000 and see if I was getting excessive case swelling.
Or maybe put the old trigger back in and see if it goes away!
