The wood stock on my Remington 700 in 300wsm is getting pretty beat up. I just want to confirm that I should purchase a short action stock. I am looking at a HS precision stock. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

You can buy one from Stockys a HELL of a lot cheaper than you can from REM and you can choose the style of stock.

That is where I was looking to purchase, but wanted to confirm that the 300wsm took a short action stock. I just found the article on their website that clarified it for me. Going with the hs precision pss003.
