Been quite the build. Bought a used 1962 Remington 700 7mm Remington mag for a good price. Sold the stock and trigger. Later found my bolt was cracked. A local gunsmith built me a bolt with a Sako Extractor from a Rem 721 bolt. The barrel I bought on this site used with a headspace gauge and some brass. Has a Triggertech Primary trigger. The muzzle brake is from Muzzle Brakes and More, and it sits in a Graybo stock. Now the wait for a scope and some other minor work as I go.

I love it so far.. are you shooting RL33?

I have been shooting Retumbo. Have RL33 loaded up to test in the near future. Hope my barrel likes it. Thanks! And nice looking rifle!

I have tested BR2 primers vs GM215M primers back in September, BR2s won. Tomorrow I am going to re-test ( will be 30°).

The BR2s and Rl33 is slightly more accurate in my barrel at 200 yards,

, try to shoot this next week in sub 0° temps for ignition test... so far no problems.

The wind in Wyoming doesnt let up on my days off. It seems like it always blows when I want to go shoot! I have a great Retumbo load, have some Rl 33s loaded and ready to test but here I wait for better days. Nice group even with the flyer.
