I picked this up last year with the intention of building a rifle on it but have decided to move it along and cut my herd a little. Still NIB; .223 boltface, black phosphate finish with "AAC Blackout" stamped on the right side. Mark Pro trigger and EGW 20 MOA rail complete with 8-40 screws. Comes with papers from the factory and Brownells. Will get pics up tonight but it's the same one in the link below.

Available from AAC, these Remington Model 7 Receivers are ready for your next custom build. Featuring a matte black phosphate finish and "stamped text" engraving, these Receivers were specifically built to AAC's specifications. Receiver includes EGW 20 MOA Picatinny Base, which attaches via four 8-40 screws (included). Receiver also includes a 223 bolt, which also functions perfectly with 300 Blackout. Included trigger is a recently inspected X-Mark Pro (includes inspection mark).
Model 7 Receivers are compatible with Model 7 stocks only. Model 7s are compatible with Remington 700 barrels and recoil lugs. Not compatible with traditional Model 7 bases and rings that accept 6-48 screws. Non-compatible bases include 749-004-990, 526-261-700, and 749-003-657.
SPECS: Fits: Remington 700 recoil lugs and barrels. Only fits Model 7 stocks. 8-40 screws. Includes: EGW 20 MOA Picatinny Base, 223 Bolt, Trigger and 8-40 screws for mounting base.
